Due to an unfortunate issue I wasn’t able to make the morning slot I had booked, but I messaged my contact on WhatsApp and she called me, verified what timeslot I wanted to change to and made sure I’d be able to make it in time. All this, when it’s my understanding that you can’t really get tickets same day for the grottoes. I’m so grateful for their help!”
